Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous retail or cashier experience preferred
ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
ability to lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 30 lbs
ability to communicate in English
willingness to undergo cashier training
reliable and punctual
strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
handle cash transactions accurately
enforce store policies including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco sales
manage voids, refunds, transaction cancellations, and recall transactions
maintain front-end presentation, cleanliness, and organization
participate in cashier training programs
meet individual cashier productivity goals
