Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cashier experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Proficient with point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe checkout service
- Process purchase and return transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area to ensure smooth operation
- Position and support cashiers by expediting price checks and approving point of sale transactions
- Approve markdowns for mainline registers, self-checkout, returns, pro desk, special services, and tool rental
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training other front end associates
- Participate in training new cashiers and use all available tools for coaching and development
