Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers actively
- process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- understand and operate the Point of Sale system with various tender types
- adhere to company policies on cash handling and control loss
- follow guidelines on restricted item sales
- report pricing discrepancies to management
- comply with food safety regulations and safety programs
- maintain equipment and notify management of repairs
- create a welcoming environment by answering customer questions
- follow all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner
- act with honesty and integrity
- seek assistance to resolve issues
