- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

- Experience providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Job Duties
- Greet, engage, and assist customers actively and visibly
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle various tender types including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, rain checks, loyalty offers, and coupons according to company policy
- Adhere to cash limit policies and work honestly to control cash shortages and overages
- Follow guidelines on restricted sale items such as alcohol, tobacco, and DVDs
- Report pricing discrepancies to Scan Coordinator
- Comply with food safety regulations and promote safety by identifying unsafe conditions and notifying management
