Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain self-checkout area
- position cashiers and support cashier team
- expedite price checks and approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
- participate in training new cashiers and use coaching tools to develop cashier skills
