Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
prior customer service experience preferred
basic math skills for cash handling
dependable and punctual
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

ability to handle cash transactions accurately
basic knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is a plus

Job Duties

Books tee times
rents golf equipment
assigns golf carts and tee times
sells shop merchandise
opens, closes, and secures Pro Shop and carts
keeps shelves stocked and tidy
keeps work areas clean throughout shop
discusses merchandise and equipment ordering with management
opens and closes cash register, cashes out daily income, makes daily deposits and enters into ledger
assists all customers as necessary
other duties to be assigned
monitor and marshal speed of play
monitor parking lot
serve snacks, hotdogs, soft drinks and beer
