Job Requirements
- Must successfully complete Smashburger training program
- must be 16 years old or older
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs
- ability to work variable hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- adhere to company uniform policy
- ability to follow all local, state and federal employment regulations
- ability to produce authorized U.S. work documents
- participation in E-Verify
- punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- work effectively with team members and communicate with cooks and managers
- be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
- verify each guest order for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process transactions and follow cash handling procedures
- visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guests to complete surveys
- follow personal, food safety and security standards
- maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining area, and restrooms
- listen, communicate and collaborate with others
- demonstrate integrity and adherence to cash policies
- upsell food items
- follow order accuracy procedures
