Job Requirements
- Less than high school education, GED or high school degree preferred
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties
- Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Enters orders into POS system, uses suggestive selling of food products to customers, receives payment (cash and credit card), makes change and maintains cash drawer
- Presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy of order
- Assists with order filling as needed
- Reads monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
- Notifies cook of special orders, shortages and needs
- Performs minor food preparation, stocks supplies, cleans dining room tables and restrooms, sweeps, mops, discards trash and fills ice bins
- Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment as needed
- Communicates with customers, team members and managers in a positive and professional manner
- Maintains cleanliness on the service counter and order presentation counter
- Maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler
- Observes health and sanitation guidelines and follows established procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness, health and safety protocols
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and takes ownership of area
- Looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
