  • maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in cash handling
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong knowledge of restaurant menu and products
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player attitude
  • basic proficiency with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • accurately process orders using the POS system
  • manage cash drawer and ensure accuracy
  • communicate effectively with guests regarding menu items and concerns
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
  • participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
  • assist with food preparation and cleaning as directed
