Job Requirements

  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
  • Food handler certification is required
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Wingstop's culture, values, and mission
  • Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
  • Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
  • upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
  • Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions, and promotions to assist guests with order recommendations and answer questions
  • Monitor that all orders are ready within the quoted guest order readiness times
  • Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests
  • Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions and balance register at end of shift
  • Assist in maintaining a clean workplace including restrooms and Front of House areas
  • Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to company uniform standards
  • Receive and handle complaints from guests and escalate to manager when necessary
  • Leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their Wingstop experience
