Job Requirements

Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
Food handler certification is required
Strong cash handling skills
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Wingstop's culture, values, and mission
Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions, and promotions to assist guests with order recommendations and answer questions
Monitor that all orders are ready within the quoted guest order readiness times
Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests
Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions and balance register at end of shift
Assist in maintaining a clean workplace including restrooms and Front of House areas
Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to company uniform standards
Receive and handle complaints from guests and escalate to manager when necessary
Leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their Wingstop experience
