Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Good math and cash handling skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any related vocational training or certifications
- Retail cash handling experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and manage competing priorities
- Strong self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and availability to work a wide variety of days/shifts
- Cheerfully greet guests, suggest and help them select products, and provide assistance throughout their visit to ensure the perfect guest experience
- Accurately and efficiently ring up sales
- Clean interior and exterior of store, stock shelves/coolers/freezers, set up displays, help to train other employees, and prepare food
- Accurately process receiving, inventory/waste reporting, task checklists, POS system reports, and cashier/register reports
- Work with a sense of urgency to get tasks done safely, quickly, and with good quality
- Identify opportunities for improvements, potential areas of risk, and share information with key stakeholders to maximize results
- Use all company resources efficiently to promote maximum financial results
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with employees, customers, vendors, business partners, regulatory entities, and communities
- Strictly follow workplace safety measures and promptly report risks, incidents, injuries, and near misses
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive and proprietary business information and safeguard PTE assets at all times
