Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to stand and walk frequently
  • ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • willingness to work in varying temperature conditions including freezers and outdoors
  • no prior restaurant experience required
  • willing to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests
  • taking orders at the register
  • promoting the Stand App for guest rewards
  • cashiering
  • running orders to guests
  • keeping the restaurant clean and organized
  • baking cookies and brownies
  • portioning sauces and pickles
  • following all cash management and cash register policies
  • preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • following recipes and presentation specifications
  • using restaurant tools and equipment
  • cleaning and maintaining restaurant by practicing good safety and sanitation
