Comfortable standing and moving throughout the event area for extended periods
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience operating the Square payment system or ability to learn new point-of-sale technology quickly
Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Operate the Square payment system to efficiently and accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges promptly and in accordance with company policies
Balance the cash register and generate end-of-day financial reports to ensure accuracy and accountability
Welcome guests with a smile and deliver friendly, immersive assistance to enhance their experience
Provide clear information about the attraction, pricing, and special offers
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Promote and sell merchandise, add-ons, and upgrades to maximize guest enjoyment and drive revenue
Inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions to encourage additional purchases
Monitor merchandise stock levels and promptly report low inventory to management
Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales area
Participate in regular inventory counts to ensure accurate tracking of all items
Support the efficient flow of guests by assisting with queue line management and maintaining a positive atmosphere
