Job Requirements

- Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space
- Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as food preparation or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader
- Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient use of POS systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Take and accurately process guest orders using the POS system
- Manage cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Address guest questions and concerns effectively and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
- Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties as directed by management
