  • Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient use of POS systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Take and accurately process guest orders using the POS system
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
  • Address guest questions and concerns effectively and courteously
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
  • Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
  • Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties as directed by management
