Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous retail experience is beneficial
Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must maintain neat personal appearance and grooming
Ability to stand for long periods during shift
Ability to lift 15-30 pounds
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be enthusiastic about the brand and street culture
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to participate in promotions and contests

Job Duties

Manage customer transactions at point of sale
Provide excellent customer service by developing and maintaining customer relationships
Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and achieving store goals
Maintain store appearance and merchandise presentation
Participate in store promotions, contests, and sales incentive programs
Ensure consistent control of merchandise and daily cash wrap accuracy
Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
Answer customer inquiries and telephone calls professionally
Handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
