experience operating Square payment system or ability to learn new POS technology quickly

Job Duties

operate the Square payment system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
issue receipts, handle refunds or exchanges, and balance the cash register with end-of-day reports
greet guests with a haunting smile, offering friendly yet mysterious assistance
answer questions about attraction, pricing, and special offers
resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and poise
promote and sell add-ons, exclusive merchandise, and experience upgrades
inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions
monitor merchandise stock levels, report low inventory to management, assist in restocking shelves
participate in regular inventory counts
assist in managing the queue line, maintaining efficient guest flow and anticipation
support ticketing issues and questions
take direction from supervisors and adapt to operational changes
communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members for seamless operations
