Job Requirements
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through and clean products
- Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory items
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers including reading, speaking, hearing and writing
- Ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customers' orders
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure and stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
- Must be able to provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures
- Listen to customers and handle transactions with a friendly pace
- Prepare high quality products consistently by following recipes, specifications and procedures
- Display the proper image as outlined in the orientation and training handbook
- Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards
- Practice safety and security procedures as defined by company and government guidelines
- Follow policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management
