Job Requirements

  • Ability to apply pressure to cut through and clean products
  • Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory items
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers including reading, speaking, hearing and writing
  • Ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications
  • Ability to process and complete customers' orders

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure and stress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
  • Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
  • Must be able to provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures
  • Listen to customers and handle transactions with a friendly pace
  • Prepare high quality products consistently by following recipes, specifications and procedures
  • Display the proper image as outlined in the orientation and training handbook
  • Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards
  • Practice safety and security procedures as defined by company and government guidelines
  • Follow policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management
