Job Requirements
- able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be at least 16 years old
- legally authorized to work in the country
- able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- willingness to comply with all company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- leadership experience for assistant management positions
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to Cafe Rio recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- operate cashier system to accurately process customer orders and payments
- wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- assist with food preparation tasks including chopping and assembling ingredients
- support the management team with administrative duties as needed
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
