- knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures, and customer service etiquette

- ability to operate scanner, register, coupon machine, and check approval machine
- good judgment and decision-making skills
- strong social and verbal interaction skills
Job Duties
- Make lasting connections with customers
- ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner
- problem solve customer questions or concerns, escalating to a manager when necessary
- help maintain a clean and safe store
- work collaboratively with the team on all tasks necessary to maintain an excellent department
- arrive promptly for shifts and work as scheduled
- promote a positive customer service experience across the team
