Job Requirements
- Valid TX DL and acceptable driving record
- acceptable background review
- negative drug screen
- ability to stand, walk, sit frequently
- grasping/gripping, writing/typing, finger dexterity
- ability to work in confined spaces

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Handle customer payments for service and parts transactions
- record keeping of all transactions accurately
- data entry and filing of service and parts documents
- refer customer questions regarding repair orders or parts tickets to service advisors or appropriate personnel
- handle customer complaints with integrity, poise, and pride
- take or refer complaining customers to the appropriate individuals for further communication
- balance cash drawer daily
