Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or cashier position preferred
- Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Assist guests by describing menu offerings and explaining the ordering system
- Ensure line products are always available
- Handle payments accurately
- Process to-go orders and assist at Buffet by the Pound station
- Be friendly and courteous on the phone
- Offer assistance to guests who need help
- Follow the Five Steps of Line Service
- Open and close the line area efficiently
- Report equipment problems to the Manager
- Communicate cash levels in the drawer to the Manager
- Assist with buffet and server area duties as directed
- Perform Cleanliness, Service, and Quality responsibilities
- Ensure smallwares are clean, dry, and available
- Follow local health department laws
- Perform other functions as needed for guest satisfaction
