Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
- Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- Utilize provided tools to stay organized and communicate daily specials and menu knowledge with management
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Restock and organize areas surrounding check out counters
- Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including cash, meal plan, swipe, and Cater Trax orders
- Accurately make change for cash-paying guests and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
- Follow company safety, sanitation, and attendance policies
- Maintain proper personal hygiene and adhere to uniform dress code
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist as needed
- Follow guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
