Job Requirements
- Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- must be 18 years or older to operate pallet jack, forklift, and baler
- good interpersonal communication skills
- no previous work experience required
- ability to follow cashier training manual instructions
- ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet each customer in an ongoing effort to elevate overall customer satisfaction level and deliver superior customer service
- quickly and efficiently process transactions by giving the customer undivided attention
- process purchases through the register system following company guidelines
- properly complete all transactions
- adhere to laws and regulations restricting certain transactions
- keep work area clean and stocked with supplies
- sack or assist with sacking customer orders ensuring food safety by bagging different types of raw meat and toxic items separately
- ensure products reach the customer in excellent condition by practicing correct product placement
- provide services to customers by identifying needs and appropriate solutions such as carry out and reminding them of other store services or events
- clearly define issues upfront and use critical thinking and logic to effectively obtain answers
- produce high quality products and services while being aware of safety procedures
- initiate, develop, and foster relationships with others with fairness, respect, and empathy
- demonstrate flexibility in the workplace and remain comfortable with change
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager
