Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- Frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow established safety and sanitation procedures
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Experience in customer service or foodservice is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials
- Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
- Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash and meal plan orders
- Accurately make change and maintain proper counts of all transactions
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and cleaning schedules
- Adhere to attendance policies and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
