Job Requirements

CA food handler card is required
must be able to communicate, speak and read English
second language is a plus
no experience required
no education required
must be able to observe products and use best judgement prior to presenting products to guests
must be able to stand and walk for long periods
must be able to work under stress and pressure during peak periods
must have high level of mobility and flexibility to reach, bend, scrub, wipe and lift up to 25 lbs

must be able to observe products and use best judgement prior to presenting products to guests to ensure a high level of food quality is maintained

Job Duties

Follows company food handling and safety procedures
greets guests, takes guest orders
suggestive sells and/or upselling for every order taken
collects payment, gives guests correct change
responsible for proper cash handling and any cash shortages and/or overages
counts register at the start and end of shift
works at a quick and effective pace to meet or exceed company service time standards including walk-in, mobile ordering and drive-thru
cleans and sanitizes the entire work area periodically
supports and assists peers including expediter and/or service assistant
assists in training new cashiers
performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor
