- ability to work part-time shifts including days, afternoons, and nights
- excellent customer service skills
- basic proficiency with POS systems
- capable of handling cash transactions accurately
- dependable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm and friendly demeanor
- correctly take orders using POS systems
- recommend upsell items with every order to increase profits
- receive payments by various methods including cash and credit cards
- issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change
- issue and redeem gift cards, coupons, and promotional incentives
- maintain organization and cleanliness of the Front of House
- direct guest complaints to management and provide necessary information
- calculate and balance cash drawer at shift end
- ensure accuracy of call-in and online orders from point of sale to pick-up
