Job Requirements

  • ability to work part-time shifts including days, afternoons, and nights
  • excellent customer service skills
  • basic proficiency with POS systems
  • capable of handling cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • correctly take orders using POS systems
  • recommend upsell items with every order to increase profits
  • receive payments by various methods including cash and credit cards
  • issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change
  • issue and redeem gift cards, coupons, and promotional incentives
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of the Front of House
  • direct guest complaints to management and provide necessary information
  • calculate and balance cash drawer at shift end
  • ensure accuracy of call-in and online orders from point of sale to pick-up
