Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic cash handling skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Commitment to excellent customer service
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and great personality
Ability to sell and promote menu items positively
Experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years of age or older
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to learn English at work if needed

Job Duties

Take orders at the register and guide guests through the menu
Participate in the team-wide tip pool
Provide exceptional customer service with a hospitable attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the register and dining area
Assist with flexible scheduling needs including nights, weekends, and holidays
Connect passionately with guests to enhance their dining experience
Uphold the Mendocino Farms brand values and customer engagement standards
