Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language skills
Ability to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours
Hand-eye coordination
Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, push, and pull as required
Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately

Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
