  • bank teller experience preferred
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ServSafe or Food Service Handler Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • follow cash handling procedures as outlined in university and departmental policies
  • operate point-of-sale system accurately including card transactions and change counting
  • establish and maintain positive customer relations
  • greet and assist customers including those with disabilities
  • respond to customer inquiries regarding meal plans, pricing, and services
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • monitor security and safety at public entrances
  • control unauthorized access
  • report and resolve spills, damages, or hazards
  • set up and replenish food and beverage stations
  • assist with basic food preparation and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
