Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some general clerical and cashiering experience preferred
  • knowledge of Golf Trac software preferred
  • experience in golf course operation or recreation facility operation preferred
  • ability to type accurately from a rough draft at 35 wpm
  • ability to interact effectively with the public
  • legible handwriting
  • dependable and self-motivated
  • ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • able to perform occasional light lifting up to 10 lbs
  • ability to talk, hear, see, read, handle, or feel objects and controls
  • available to work any day including holidays from 6:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m
  • willing to work full-time in a quiet indoor office environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some general clerical and cashiering experience preferred
  • knowledge of Golf Trac software preferred
  • experience in golf course operation or recreation facility operation preferred
  • ability to type accurately from a rough draft at 35 wpm
  • knowledge of business English, spelling, arithmetic, office practices and procedures, and personal computers
  • ability to interact effectively with the public
  • legible handwriting
  • dependable and self-motivated
  • ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties

  • Accept payments for golf play and memberships using a computerized cash register system
  • answer telephones and operate office machines including personal computers, typewriters, adding machines, and copy machines
  • receive, count, balance, and report all financial transactions
  • make daily, weekly, and monthly settlements of monies collected
  • type office documents from rough drafts and oral instructions
  • perform related clerical work as required
