Job Description

This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 517 White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ. This particular location is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but manages all employment matters independently, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
availability for flexible scheduling including part-time or full-time shifts
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
customer service experience is a plus but not required
basic math skills for handling cash transactions
ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they enjoy themselves
help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and make menu recommendations
prepare and present delicious food items
maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
work collaboratively with the team to meet restaurant goals and ensure a positive atmosphere
follow all safety and quality guidelines while handling food
assist with operating cash registers and managing guest transactions
