Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 517 White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ, 08021. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate company and distinct employer from McDonald's USA. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are solely the responsibility of the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and make menu recommendations
- Prepare and present delicious food
- Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Work hand in hand with the team to meet goals
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with training new employees
