Located at 517 White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ, this McDonald's restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates independently in all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these employment decisions nor receives copies of employment applications, making the franchisee the sole employer and authority regarding the work environment.
