Job Requirements

- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations and procedures in a food manufacturing facility
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Job Duties
- Visually inspect product and manually pack bags of product into boxes to get them ready for shipment
- Weigh, record, and push totes of scrap popcorn and take it to trash
- Rework product as needed
- Fill out all paperwork completely, accurately, and timely including first case verifications and changeover/sanitation paperwork
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices
- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety, environmental, quality, and housekeeping requirements
- Perform shutdown, start up, and changeover procedures
