Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes glassware silverware pots pans utensils kitchen and serving equipment and related work areas
- sweep mop and sanitize floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards
- empty waste baskets trash cans boxes and containers
- assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation
- operate appropriate cleaning equipment
- adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- report to work as scheduled during university closures or emergency conditions
