Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license meeting company standards for insurability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Spanish
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Windows
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- Maintain and archive case files according to agency and ORR standards
- Assist with forms, applications, and discharge planning
- Arrange flights and coordinate travel logistics for youth
- Facilitate weekly calls connecting youth and families
- Track flight logs and discharge reports while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Support case managers in meeting assessments and deadlines
- Use program software effectively for case management
