Job Requirements

- customer service and cashier experience
- ability to handle transaction accurately and responsibly
- high energy and strong customer service
- basic math and computer skills
- attention to details
- ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- greet customers and help determine their order
- process transaction (cash, credit/debit, apple pay, etc.)
- issue receipts and change
- operate the POS system and Waitlist
- gather customer information to notify them when their order is ready
- respond to customer inquiries and record customer suggestions
- issue out the correct food order to the customers
- maintain a clean workspace
- sweep, mop, and wash dishes during down time
- restock the area with needed supplies (example: straws, lids, cups, napkins, commandments)
- up selling add on such as beverages, desserts, etc.
- prepare customers drink orders
- refill ice bins
- perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning, and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
- any assignment given by management
