Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping and lifting or pushing up to 50 lbs
- Capability to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and associates
- Attention to detail including ability to read, count, and write accurately
- Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment for the role
- Ability to bag products efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in varied weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service by greeting guests and addressing their needs
- Create a welcoming atmosphere through friendly, courteous, and cooperative communication with associates and customers
- Uphold guest services expectations and standards
- Collect shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas regardless of weather conditions
- Perform prompt parcel pick-up services to enhance customer convenience
- Share customer requests and proactively solve issues with management support
- Support the team with other duties as assigned, including enhancing customer service efforts
- Honor commitments with regular, timely attendance and proper scheduling communications
