Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately
- Proficiency in operating equipment necessary for the job
- Ability to bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service ensuring each guest receives exceptional service in a friendly environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, courteous, and cooperative
- Uphold Guest Services expectations and standards
- Collect shopping carts from parking lot and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience
- Share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- Support the team by performing other duties as assigned
- Honor commitments including regular, timely attendance and compliance with work schedule
