Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability from 9 AM to 4 PM on weekdays and one weekend day
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs regularly
- ability to work in varied weather conditions
- effective reading, writing, and counting skills
- no high school minors due to scheduling

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to all guests with friendly interactions

- uphold guest services standards and expectations
- collect shopping carts from parking lots in all weather conditions
- perform prompt parcel pick-up service to assist customers
- share customer feedback with management and proactively resolve issues
- support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
- maintain regular and timely attendance while adhering to the work schedule
