Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift or push up to 50 pounds regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity with good eye-hand-foot coordination
- Willingness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with associates and guests
- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in task performance
- Ability to operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to maintain product integrity while bagging
- Demonstrated commitment to punctuality and regular attendance
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, courteous, and cooperative while communicating effectively with associates and customers
- Uphold Guest Services expectations and standards consistently
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas in all weather conditions, returning them to the store
- Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience
- Share customer requests and feedback with management and proactively resolve issues
- Support the team by assisting with other duties to promote superior customer service initiatives
