Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service by greeting guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Create a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and courteous interaction with guests and associates
- Uphold guest service standards consistently
- Collect shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- Perform prompt parcel pickup services to enhance customer convenience
- Share customer feedback and requests with management and proactively solve issues
- Support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain regular, timely attendance and comply with scheduled work hours
