Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and walk in the store
- ability to bend, stoop, lift, or push up to 50 lbs regularly
- fine finger and broad manual dexterity for equipment operation
- ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work in all weather conditions
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with associates and customers
- attention to detail with the ability to read, count, and write accurately
- proficiency in operating necessary equipment to perform job efficiently
- ability to bag items efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests in a friendly environment
- create a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, courteous, and cooperative
- uphold guest services expectations and standards
- collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience
- share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
- maintain regular and timely attendance in compliance with work schedule
