Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the store
- ability to bend, stoop, lift, or push up to 50 pounds regularly
- fine finger and broad manual dexterity for equipment operation
- eye-hand-foot coordination

- willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

- proficiency in operating all necessary equipment for the role

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to all guests by greeting them and addressing their needs
- create a welcoming, friendly, courteous atmosphere for guests and associates
- uphold guest services expectations and maintain store standards
- collect shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- perform prompt parcel pickup service to enhance customer convenience
- share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- support the team by contributing to superior customer service initiatives
- maintain regular and timely attendance following the work schedule
