Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand walk bend stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures

Job Duties
- Providing outstanding service ensuring each customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly courteous and cooperative while communicating effectively with associates and customers
- Upholding guest services expectations and standards
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas returning them to the store in all weather conditions
- Performing prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience
- Sharing customer requests with management and proactively resolving issues
- Supporting the team by assisting with other duties as assigned including customer service initiatives
- Maintaining regular timely attendance and providing adequate notice for occasional absences
