Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests in a friendly environment
- create a welcoming atmosphere by being courteous and cooperative
- uphold guest service expectations and standards
- collect shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- perform prompt parcel pick-up service to assist customers
- share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- support the team with additional customer service duties as assigned
- attend work regularly and provide timely notice for absences
