Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests in a friendly environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, courteous, and cooperative
- Uphold Guest Services expectations and standards
- Collect shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas
- Perform prompt parcel pick-up service
- Share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- Support superior customer service initiatives and other assigned duties
- Maintain regular and timely attendance in compliance with work schedules
