Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
- physical capability to perform job duties including standing and lifting
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- capable of operating required equipment safely

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests in a friendly environment
- create a welcoming atmosphere by being courteous and cooperative
- uphold Guest Services expectations and standards
- collect shopping carts from parking lots and surrounding areas in all weather conditions
- perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance convenience
- share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- support team initiatives including superior customer service
- maintain regular, timely attendance as per work schedule
