Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physically able to push carts and carry items to vehicles
- customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- willing to work in an employee-owned retail environment
- legally authorized to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or customer service roles is an advantage
- ability to operate cart pushing equipment safely
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift and handle heavy loads frequently
Job Duties
- maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, vestibule and landscaped areas
- ensure shopping carts are collected and not scattered about
- pick up garbage around the store premises
- provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with transporting their purchases to vehicles
- report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to management
- work collaboratively with the front-end team to support store operations
- perform other duties as assigned by management
