Job Requirements
- Education level usually associated with attainment of an associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
- three to five years front of the house supervisor or management experience
- one year of bar leadership experience
- proven leadership and employee relation skills
- skills and abilities necessary to work with personal computers and point-of-sale card systems
- strong written and oral communication skills
- ability to be issued and maintain food and alcohol cards such as ABLE license
- ability to obtain and maintain a license from the Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service
- supervise all beverage and assigned front of the house operations within the casino and hotel
- assist with daily operations including guest services and cash control
- assist with selecting, evaluating, and supervising beverage and front of the house team members
- conduct routine training including ACE, beverage, and wine familiarization
- prepare schedules and assign duties
- resolve guest and team member issues and disputes
- act as a role model and foster teamwork, morale, and open communication
- mentor supervisors and coordinate ongoing training
- enforce liquor codes, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- maintain accurate records and participate in management meetings
- improve operations through continuous quality improvement
- ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies
- collaborate with peers and regulatory personnel
- monitor and enhance service performance standards
- study and standardize procedures
- perform assigned duties including cross training
- comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
- work varying schedules for peak business needs
